Gombe, Nigeria – Doma United FC was involved in a road accident on Monday morning while returning from their NPFL match against Heartland FC in Owerri. Thankfully, there were no fatalities reported.
The team bus reportedly overturned several times along the Makurdi-Lafia road. Several players sustained injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. The extent of their injuries remains unknown at this time.

Doma United were scheduled to play Sunshine Stars at the Pantami Stadium in Gombe on Thursday for Match Week 36 of the NPFL. The club’s condition and the status of the match are yet to be determined.
