In a heartwarming display of generosity and community spirit, Hon. Teslim Igbalaye, Secretary to the State Government and former Chairman of ALGON in Osun State, extended a helping hand to members of the renowned Osun sports platform “NAIJA SPORT GIG ARENA” ahead of Easter and Ramadan. On Saturday, he graciously donated bags of rice to the members as a thoughtful gesture to mark the festive seasons.
Hon. Igbalaye, a dedicated member of the sports forum and a passionate sports enthusiast in the state, personally presented the donation at his residence in Osogbo on Saturday evening. Expressing his gratitude on behalf of the platform, Oluwaseun Mojeed “TEGA,” a group admin, commended Hon. Igbalaye for his kindness and generosity.
“This gesture from Hon. Igbalaye underscores the true spirit of Easter and Ramadan, which is centered around sacrifice,” remarked Seun Tega. “His unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people is evident, and we are truly grateful for his support during this festive periods.”
Tega also urged other politicians in Osun State to follow Hon. Teslim’s example of compassion and empathy towards the community. He emphasized that the distribution of rice would significantly assist members of the esteemed Sports Forum in alleviating the challenges posed by economic hardships.
