On Saturday, July 6th, 2024, Osun based philanthropist and businessman Alhaji Olayiwola Olafiranye donated a set of balls to Igbajo United Feeders Team as they were preparing for the SmartCity Osun State Football League Super 8 matches. Alhaji Olayiwola Olafiranye, a dedicated member of the Nigeria Football Coaches Association in Osun State, has long been a stalwart supporter of football clubs, coaches, and players throughout the State.

Just a few months ago, he sponsored eight promising grassroots football coaches to attend a basic coaching course at the National Institute for Sports (NIS). Alhaji Olafiranye has consistently donated equipment to local football teams and adopted budding football talents, underscoring his dedication to nurturing the next generation of football stars.

The Igbajo United Feeders Team, an academy of Igbajo United Football Club which recently earned promotion into the Nigerian National League (NNL), is participating in the Super 8 of the SmartCity Osun State Football League. Currently, they hold the 2nd position in Group A after playing out a 2-2 draw against Alan FC on match day one of the Osun State Football Association Organized Championship.
